Penny Roskoski is a photographer and co-owner of three (3) "Micasa Too" Fine Mexican Restaurants. She is also President of Sierra Wine and Spirits.

Penny was honored by Scenic Nevada with their "Heroes Award" in 2002 for her contributions and loyalty to our cause of preserving, protecting and enhancing the scenic beauty of Nevada.
